DOROTHY A. FARMER, 105, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010, at Heritage Park Health Care Center, Fort Wayne. Born in Payne, Ohio, she worked as an assembler with G.E. for 23 years, retiring in 1962. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and G.E. - Elex. Surviving are her daughter, Betty J. Agler of Fort Wayne; and many grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, W. Henry (Nora) Northup; son, Charles Paul McGowen; and 11 siblings. Service is 1 p.m. Friday at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., with calling from 11 a.m. until time of service. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
