Beverly J. Haltom Trumbo, 73, Greencastle, formerly of Cloverdale, passed away on September 6, 2010 at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. She was born on February 26, 1937 at Belle Union, Indiana and was the daughter of the late Emmett G. and Mary L. [Morgan] Sutherlin.
She was a homemaker and had worked in the Cloverdale High School Cafeteria. She was a member of the Cloverdale United Methodist Church.
She was married to Robert E. Trumbo on April 16, 1983 and he survives. She is also survived by her daughters, Debra Martin and husband Jeremy, Portales, NM, Patti Cummings and husband Sam Frushour, Bloomington, and Kelly Shaw, Franklin; step-son, Donnie Lee Trumbo and wife Debra, Greencastle; her sisters, Wilma Holsapple and husband Robert, Cloverdale, Sue Lucas and husband Dave, Clay City, Joyce Hutcheson, Greencastle, Sheila O'Brien and husband Jim, Mt. Meridian and Brenda Gibbs, Mt. Vernon, OH; 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 8:00 PM at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at the funeral Home. Private family interment services will be held.
