She was born in Gilmer County and was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church, Orma.
Surviving: husband, Seldon; daughters, Mrs. Maysel Kyer of Liverpool, Mrs. Bessie Kyer of Reedy, Mrs. Goldie Jeffers of Canton, Ohio; sons, Denver and Vere, both of Canton; sister, Mrs. Gay Luzader of Orma; brother, Gruter Rogers of St. George; 17 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Service was Sunday in Ebenezer Baptist Church with the Rev. Johnny Alfred officiating. Burial was in Rogers Cemetery, Orma.
