She was born in Long Branch, N.J., where she resided before coming here eight years ago. She was a retired bookkeeper for Werner's Stationery Shop, Long Branch, and a communicant of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, also located here. She was the widow of William Mark Dyas.
Surviving are a son, William E. Dyas, here; a brother William P. Emley of Matawan, N.J.; a sister, Mrs. John Scheving of Forked River, N.D., and four grandchildren.
The Woolley Funeral Home, Long Branch, is in charge of arrangements.
