Mrs. Margaret REED, died at her home yesterday. She was 65. Margaret ALLISON was born in Beaver, County Pennsylvania in the year of 1844 and came to Montrose with her parents in 1855. Married Myrick REED 24 Mar. 1864. They lived on Mr. REED'S farm in Jefferson Twp. They had six children: Mrs. Rosa COONEY, John M. Samuel J., Chas. M., Henry D., all of Montrose, and Mrs. Sadie CARTER of Ft. Madison. With her husband, they moved to Montrose 20 yrs. ago. Husband, children, and two grandchildren, three brothers: John, Sam, and Alex ALLISON all of this place survive.
