David C. Ege
A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2008, in Rose City Funeral Home for David C. "Dave" Ege of Portland, who died Sept. 26 of cancer at age 66.
David C. Ege was born May 12, 1942, in Portland, where he lived all his life. He graduated from Parkrose High School and served in the Oregon Air National Guard. He co-owned with his father and brothers Edwin O. Ege Sanitary Service for about 35 years. In 1963, he married Marilee Arjavac.
Survivors include his wife; daughter, Michelle Amstad; son, David Jr.; brothers, Terry and Kenneth; and two grandchildren.
Remembrances to research at Providence Cancer Center.
