ACHORD, Mrs. Hattie T. - - - Died at 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Earl K. Long Hospital. She was 63, a resident and native of Sorrento. Body at Welsh Funeral Home in Gonzales until 9:30 a.m. Monday. Religious services at St. Ann Catholic Church in Sorrento at 10 a.m. Monday, conducted by Father Louis Persac. Burial in the Holy Rosary Cemetery in St. Amant. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Marcelene Guedry of Sorrento; a daughter, Mrs. Nelson (Jennetta) Lessard of Sorrento; two sons, Charlie Ray Achord and Elwin D. Achord, both of Sorrento; a brother Leo Guedry of Sorrento; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was a member of the St. Ann Catholic Church in Sorrento.
