Renald Richard and Adeline Schwab were married in Joliet, Illinois on March 6 1912.
He was 30, Adeline was 19. They had four daughters; Evelyn Lucille, Frances Maude, Dorothy Louise and Ethel Adeline. Renald was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Augusta nee Gehrke.

Renald Carl Scheefeldt, formerly of Seward Township, Kendall County Illinois, died Tuesday, January 22, 1957, at a nursing home in Joliet, where he had been in failing health for a number of years. Mr. Scheefeldt was engaged in farming for several years while residing in Seward Township. He is survived by four daughters; Mrs. Emery Subar, Mrs. Edward Riblon, and Miss Ethel Scheefeldt, all
of Joliet, and Mrs. Walter Olroyd of New Lenox, four grandchildren, Patti, Cheri and Edward Riblon, and Emery 'Jr.' Subar. Three brother's survive; Herman, Rufus
and Albert, and three sisters, Mrs. Emma Rumble, Mrs. Annie Struever and Mrs. Hulda Marn. Funeral services were conducted from the Sontag Funeral Home in Joliet, Friday, and burial took place in the Na-au-say Cemetery. The Rev. J. Leslie Fox of the Aux Sable Methodist Church officiated.
