SARAH DAVIS BIDLACK was born in the state of Pennsylvania, October 22nd, 1814,and died June 7th, 1895. In the year 1832 she moved to Ohio, being eighteen years of age.in 1841 she was joined in marriage with James Bidlack. To this union were given six children,two of whom survive their mother and mourn their loss. At an early age she joined the M. E. Church and remained a member until death. Just before she passed away she was asked if she was prepared to go. She
said: "O yes, I have been ready for a long time." She was seen to raise her hand toward the ceiling, and when asked if she wanted any thing, she said: I see the gates are open for me," and thus she moved out of the old house to the mansions in heaven. She lived 80 years, 7 months and 16 days. Funeral by the writer. S. B. BALDWIN.
