Thomas Edward Aldridge, 57, of 112 N. Potomac St., Hagerstown, died at 2:55 am today in the Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown, after a lengthy illness.

He was born May 9, 1912, at Mt. Savage, Md, a son of the late Lewis A. and Dora (Furlow) Aldridge. He was a member of the First Brethren Church, Waynesboro and of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Eagles Club, Inc. both of Waynesboro, and of the Loyal Order of Moose, Hagerstown. He was employed at Fairchild-Hiller, Hagerstown, for more than 20 years, retiring three years ago.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Julia C. (Bonebrake) Aldridge, two daughters, Mrs. F. A. Griffith, Hagerstown, and Mrs. Bryan Moores, London, England, three grandchildren, three brothers, Leonard Aldridge, Lloyd Aldridge, and John Aldridge, all of Hagerstown, two sisters, Mrs. Larry Provard and Mrs. Gerald Athey, both of Waynesboro.
