Phebe and her husband Moses Dunbar were 3rd cousins, both descendants of John Hall and Jane Woolen. They married early in life and had seven children, at least two of whom died in infancy or early childhood. Phebe herself
died in 1776, her husband said because of the stress caused by his Loyalist leanings and the ensuing controversy, as well as some kind of sickness that had plagued the family for the better part of a year. A child of theirs also died in 1776, though I cannot make out the record to tell which month.
