Mildred married Wright J. Smith on November 25, 1940, in Pocahontas, Randolph County, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by: her Parents, her husband, Wright J. Smith; 1 brother, Raymond Looney; 2 daughters: Shirley and Marcene.
She is survived by 6 children Jewell Franks, Chestel Smith, Earlene Smith, Jerry Smith , Larry Smith and Connie Brennon 26 grand-children, 38 great-grand-children and 11 great-great-grand-children.
Graveside service were held at Randolph Memorial Gardens.
