Leonora "Ann" Ballard was born on April 28, 1942 to Alyne and A.H. Brown. She was born in Alice, Texas but moved to Dilley Texas in 1961 where she soon married Carl Ballard. On April 22, 2009, Ann went to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Alyne and A.H. Brown, by her husband, Carl Ballard, and by her brother, James Robert Wulf. She is survived by her sister and her husband, Marlene and Donald Whitson; by her brother and his wife, Alton and Peggy Brown; by her cousin and her husband, Carolyn and Don Gray. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
