Mrs. John M. Brown, 50, a native of Denton County who resided on Fort Worth Highway, died in a local hospital at 3:30 am today following an illness of about 2 months.
Services will be conducted at the Lewisville Baptist Church at 2:30 pm Saturday and interment will be in Old Hall Cemetery.
Mrs. Brown was born December 8, 1895, in Denton County and had resided here most of her life.
She is survived by her husband and two sons, John H. Brown of Farmers Branch and Elton Brown of Denton; four daughters, Mrs. Eva Mae Blagg of Denton, Mrs. Ruby Fae Ragland of Lewisville and Mrs. Lois Upchurch and Mrs. Beatrice Hale both of Carrollton; two step sons, L. Archer Brown of Lewisville and Luther Lee Brown of Oklahoma; two step daughters, Mrs. Hester H. Payne and Mrs. Lillie Hicks, both of Lewisville; four sisters, Mrs. Annie Lynn of New Mexico, Mrs. Bertha Wardlow of Aubrey, Mrs. Rillion Dillon of Ft. Worth and Mrs. Ella Gregory of Amarillo; two brothers Willis Sharp of Fort Worth and Dave Sharp of Sanger.
