Transcription done 6 April 1975 is as follows:
M. M. ROBBINS (twin) )
b. Oct. 2, 1858
d. Aug. 14, 1861 )

MARY JANE ROBBINS (twin)
b. Oct. 2, 1858 )
d. Aug. 14, 1861 )
Children of L. R. ROBBINS )

If this is true, then the twins were born the same day in 1858 and died on the same day over two years later.

There is a Mary J. Robbins, daughter of L. R. and Mary M. Robbins on the 1860 Williamson County Census, but the M. M. on the headstone is probably what has survived of the phrase daughter of L. R. and M. M. Robbins.
