Ardys A. Fassinger
Services for Mrs. Ardys A. Fassinger, a church organist in the South Hills Area, will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the E.B. Laughlin Funeral Home, 3310 West Liberty Ave., where she also served as organist.
Mrs. Fassinger, 56, of 2438 Hayson Ave., Mt. Lebanon, died Saturday (Aug. 5) at Magee-Womens Hospital.
She was the organist at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Castle Shannon, where she was a member, and at the Covenant Community Presbyterian Church, Green Tree.
Mrs. Fassinger was a member of the American Guild of Organists.
Surviving are her husband, John C. Fassinger; two daughters, Mrs. Ardys Jean Remele and Mrs. Janice C. Lohman; her father, Thomas H. Stalcup; a brother, Glen A. Stalcup, and two grandchildren.
Friends are being received at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and tomorrow.
Burial will be in Jefferson Memorial Park
