Mrs. Lillian Ann Wells, age 90 of Leesburg, Virginia, passed away on Monday, August 06, 2012 in Leesburg, VA. Lillian was born on July 22, 1922 in Rimersburg, PA. She was a daughter of the late Salvatore Cimino and the late Anna Pagano. Lillian was a loving wife, homemaker, and grandmother. She was a resident of Madison House for many years, and was a member of St. John the Apostle Catholic Church.
She was predeceased by her husband Alfred Ray Wells in 1999. She was also predeceased by her brother James Cimino; and sister, Jenny Vitello and Margaret Troese, and infant sister Verna Cimino.
Lillian leaves to cherish her memory, her son John A. and Deborah Wells of Leesburg, VA, 3 grandchildren, Jennifer, Ashley and Jonathan Wells; sisters to Angeline Pagliari of Rimersburg, PA, and Lena Phillips, of Clarion, PA.
Friends may call on Thursday, August 9, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at the Bauer-Hillis Funeral Home 758 Main Street, Rimersburg, PA.
A mass for Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 10, 2012 at 10 am, at St. Richards Roman Catholic Church on Purity Avenue, Rimersburg, PA 16248.
Interment will follow in Rimersburg Cemetery, Rimersburg, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Lillian's memory to the Loudoun County Volunteer Rescue Squad 143 Catoctin Circle, SE Leesburg, VA 20175, or to Capital Caring 2900 Telestar Court, Falls Church, VA 22042.
