Known to her family as Lena, Eleanor E King Waggener was my great-grandmother, the daughter of William E and Clarinda E King. In the 1870 census she was enumerated as Milla E and in 1880 as Millie E. Her name was always given as Eleanor E. and I am wondering if perhaps her middle name was Emily or something similar.

Lena had five brothers and sister; she married Walter P Waggener 1888 in Texas and they had three children: Esther E, b. 1888, Grady W, b. 1889 and Elizabeth 'Willie' Jane, b. 1892. Walter died 1938 in Albuquerque and is buried at the Sunset Memorial Garden.
