Lola May Dixon, 90, of Lafayette, died at 12:10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, 2010, at St. Elizabeth East.
She was born Aug. 19, 1920 in Lafayette to the late Ben G. and Lela Atwell Whitlock. On Sept. 6, 1938, she married Floyd "Frog" Dixon. He preceded her in death in 1999.
Surviving are a brother, James L. Whitlock (wife: Mae) of Dayton; a sister, Annie K. Harper of Mount Kisko, N.Y.
She was also preceded in death by a sister, Maxine Weflen.
