KENTON - Services for Mrs. Martha J. Edgington, 95, Lynn Valley Road, Route 2, Kenton, who died Thursday evening at her residence from complications of diseases, were held at 2 p.m. today in Hull Funeral Home. The Rev. B. H. Wibbeler, assisted by the Rev. Floyd Jepson, officiated. Burial was in Norman Cemetery.
Mrs. Edgington was born in Noble County May 1, 1858, and had lived most of her life in Hardin County. She was a member of Silvercreek Methodist church.
On March 19, 1882, she was married to John Joseph Edgington, who died Dec. 21, 1890.
Surviving are two granddaughters, Mrs. Chester Eberhart and Mrs. Clarence Rader, both of Kenton; two step-granddaughters, Mrs. Merle McQuown, Kenton, and Mrs. Howard Roby, Lima; three step-grandsons, Rev. Charles Edgington, Greenwich, N.Y., Ralph Edgington in Florida, and Richard Edgington, Columbus; and two great-granddaughters.
