He was a member of the John S. Stewart VFW post and the Murphy-Borelli chapter of the DAV. During his lifetime, Mr. Jarman attended most of the state and national VFW conventions and in 1959 went to Cuba to commemorate the Spanish-American War, in which he served.
Mr. Jarman is survived by three sons, Delmar Jarman of Aurora, Robert H. Jarman of 2501 S. Vrain St. and Hamilton Jarman of 2233 W. Tennessee St., and a daughter, Mrs. Laura Morell of Torrance, Calif.
Mr. Jarman died Saturday, July 2, 1966 at the Veterans Administration Hospital. Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m Tuesday at Moore Mortuary. Burial will be in Crown Hill.
