Gary L. C. Blose, 52, of Lincoln, Delaware, formerly of Duncannon, passed away, Friday, September 3rd, 2010 at VA Medical Center, Wilmington, DE.
Mr. Blose was born in Harrisburg, on January 1, 1958, the son of the late Harry L.C. and Violet R. (Eppley) Blose.
He was retired from the United States Navy, having served in the Gulf War and two tours of duty in Afganistan.
Surviving are: Daughter: Jennifer Bixler, Son: Michael Blose, Sisters: Caroline R. Blose, Dillsburg, Brenda L., wife of Alan Erdman, Marysville, Brother: Harry L.C. Blose, Jr. and his wife Wava L. Blose, Marysville and two Grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 in the Glenvale Church of God, 1970 New Valley Road, Marysville, with Pastor Larry Hale officiating.
Burial with military honors will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Michael J, Shalonis Funeral Home, Marysville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope for US Ministries, c/o Pastor Ed Maxwell, 260 Old State Road, ShermansDale, Pa 17090.
