Ella Shoudt, 92, of Bridgeton Township, Upper Black Eddy, PA, passed away on Monday June 7, 2010 at her home.

Born: January 28, 1918 in Tinicum Township, PA; daughter of the late Grant and Esther Bryan Weaver.

Personal: Ella's beloved husband of 69 years, Erwin Shoudt, passed away in January of this year. Ella lived in Bridgeton Township, PA for 57 years. She had worked at The Fretz Pants Co. in Pipersville, PA for many years and was a homemaker. She loved the outdoors and gardening. Ella was known for making beautiful quilts. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Memberships: She was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Milford, NJ.

Survivors: She is survived by her brother, Roy G. Weaver and his wife Virginia of Erwinna, PA; her sister, Grace Pandy of Baptistown, NJ and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother John Weaver.

Services: Funeral services will be private. Interment will be in Upper Tinicum Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Rd., Milford, NJ 08848.
