LEO L BROWN "Brownie"--83: Albion; died Wednesday [3-22] at Rolling Fields Nursing home in Conneautville after a brief illness. He was born 8 Oct 1916 in Springboro, son of the late Lloyd & Ethel Wilson Brown. He owned & operated LL Brown's Feed Mill in Cranesville & the Brown's Garage in Cranesvl for more than 50 years. He was a member of Seventh-day Adventist Church-Erie; enjoyed auctions & traveling. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lena Butterfield Brown in 1978 & a step-dau Grace Tuscona.
Survivors include wife-Mary Lutzo Rock Brown, whom he married in 1978; 4 children: Sarah (sp-Earl) Baumgardner-N.Springfield; Tina (sp-Dan) Wisniewski-Hermitage; Don Brown-Ripley NY & Charles Brown-McKean; 2 stepchildren: Edith (sp-Clint) Dimon-Cranesville, Leroy Gevin (sp-Bea)-W.Springfld; 3 sisters: Marjorie (sp-Sherman) Kennedy-Pierpont; Shirley (sp-Ted) Loepp-Girard; Nancy Babb-Albion; a brother: Dale Brown (sp-MaryLou)-Erie; 19 grandchild-ren & 2 gr-grandchildren & several nieces--nephews.
A service will be held Saturday afternoon [3-25] at the Samuel Steff Funeral Home-Albion officiated by the RevRay Beers-of Seventh-day Adventist Church-Erie. Burial will be at McDowell Cemetery in CrawfordCnty.
