Emma was born on May 21, 1938, in Licking, Mo., to Henry and Susie (Crabtree) Amburn. She was united in marriage to James Mesplay on Oct. 13, 1962, in Eminence, Mo. Cremation will be done and the family will have an open house Thursday, Sept. 9, at their home at 2204 W. 75th Place Davenport, Iowa. Family and friends are invited to stop any time Thursday.
