HUB C. WRIGHT. 64, DIES IN HOSPITAL

Hub C. Wright, 64 years of age, prominent contractor and builder, died at 10 o'clock this morning at the Mayfield Hospital from a pelvic operation Monday. It was the second operation in five years.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the First Methodist church, with the pastor, the Rev. W. F. Maxedon, in charge. Burial will be in Maplewood. The body has been removed to his home on North Seventh street to await funeral services.

Mr. Wright, who had been engaged in local construction work as contractor and builder for many years, was well known throughout this section. He was born and reared in the Wright's Chapel community, in the western part of Graves county. Since moving to Mayfield he had been active in affairs. He was a steward of the First Methodist church.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Kate Wright; one son, Ralph, who was associated with him a contractor; a daughter, Mrs. Charles K. Tolar, and a brother, Charles Wright, Mayfield. Also he leaves eight grandchildren.
