Daughter of Robert and Mary Beattie.∼Daughter of Robert Beattie & his wife, Mary Lowe.
Wife of (1) Daniel Brown, married December 15, 1856 (2 daughters - Alma Elizabeth, b. 9/1859 in Canada; & Mary I., b. 1862 in Michigan); (2) Bartholomew "Bart" Lohrmann, married 1869 (2 sons - David Douglas, b. 1872 in Iowa; & Henry Clay, b. 1875 in Iowa).
After Elizabeth's death, her husband Bartholomew and her two sons immigrated to Argentina. Both sons married in Argentina and founded a large Lohrmann family still living today in Argentina.
