He died of Dysentery. Was listed as being a corporal and was in battle at Vicksburg, Mississippi. Was also in Helena, Arkansas and Little Rock, AR. Was transferred to the Veteran Reserve Corps (disabled troops for light duty) on April 10, 1864. Was discharged with a disability on Jun 26, 1865.
