Jacob N Juhl, 66, Died Last Saturday

Jacob N Juhl, 66, died at his home in Nashua Saturday, from the effects of a stroke he had suffered a week before.
The six nephews who acted as casket bearers were Roy, Everett, Lee, Richard, Anton Jr, and Jacob Juhl Jr.
Son of Anker and Maren Juhl, was born in Denmark. He came to this country in 1892, when a young man with his twin brother, Simon, coming to Plainfield where they made their home for a time, then lived a few years at Hampton. For many years his home was on a farm in this community, near Plainfield, the family moving to Nashua last November.
On November 21, 1910 he was united in marriage to Mossey Jepson. One daughter, Pauline, came to bless their home.
He suffered a stroke April 20 and all was done that loving hands could do but there was no response and he peacefully entered his eternal home at 1015am, Saturday, April 27, 1940 having reached the age of 66 years, 7 months and 16 days.
Surviving are the wife and daughter, Pauline, three brothers and two sisters, namely: the twin brother Simon Juhl, at Hampton; Anton Juhl, Nashua; Annis Juhl, Pomona, CA; Mrs Helena Jorgensen, Coulter; and Mrs Anna Bryhl, New Hartford, Iowa.
There are a number of nephews and neices and other relatives who will miss Uncle Jake, also a host of friends who had great respect for him.
