Surviving are four sons, Clarence of Veedersburg, James of Rockville, and William and Russell of Covington; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Siddens of Danville and Mrs. Gladys York of Hoopeston; three brothers, Elbert Allison of Covington, Frank of Danville and William of Scottsburg, Indiana; four sisters, Mrs. Hettie Starr of Danville, Mrs. William Deck of Alvin, Mrs. James Brown of Bismarck and Mrs. Minerva Ray of Rossville; 14 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Davan was preceded in death by her husband in 1935. She was a member of the Bismarck Christian Church.
The body is at the Barrick & Sons Funeral Home where it will remain until one hours before services at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bismarck Christian Church. Herald Sias will officiate with burial in Gundy Cemetery."
