Admiral D. Landrum
LAUREL-Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. today at Good Hope Baptist Church for Admiral Dewey Landrum, 80, of Rt. 1, Ovett, who died Saturday morning at Jones County Community Hospital.
The Rev. H.L. Gardner will officiate. Interment will be in Good Hope Cemetery. Memory Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Landrum, a life-long resident of Ovett, was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church and a retired employee of the State Highway Department.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Frankie Landrum; two daughters, ' Mrs. Alecia Taylor of Laurel and Mrs. Betty King of Jackson; a brother, Glenn Landrum of Ovett; three sisters, Mrs. Annie Bell Landrum and Mrs. Eva Sumrall, both of Ovett, and Mrs. Vera Davidson of Clewiston, Fla.; four grandchildren; and a greatgrandchild.
