Frances E. Meinershagen, age 99, of Columbia, died Thursday, June 29, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 12, at Parker-Millard Funeral Service and Crematory in Columbia, where the family will receive friends beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will be at 3 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
