Ada Catherine 'Kack' Johnson Lavelle -- a native and lifelong resident of Coden died Wednesday, March 30, 2005 at a local hospital.
She was preceded in death by her step-grandson, Little Randy Wilkerson.
Survivors include her daughter, Paulette Tillman, Coden; three sons, George E. Burns, Coden; Woody (Connie) Lavelle, Mobile and Buddie Alan Lavelle, Coden; one brother, James E. (Voncille) Lyons, Jr., Irvington; six grandchildren, Brian Bosarge; Dwayne (Sherry) Lavelle; John Jasper 'JJ' Wilkerson; Crystal Lavelle; James Thomas Williams and Joan Annette Davis; seven great-grandchildren, Palmer Lavelle; Mallory Wilkerson; Josh Wilkerson; Little Randy Bowman; Darren Bowman; Taylor Williams and Bailey Williams; two step grandchildren, Shawn and Josh Wilkerson; nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Michael's Catholic Church in Coden on Saturday, April 2, 2005 at 3:00 PM. Visitation will be Friday evening, April 1, 2005 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at St. Michael's Catholic Church. Interment will be in Dorlon Cemetery in Heron Bay. Arrangements by RADNEY FUNERAL HOME, 3155 Dauphin St. Ext., Mobile, AL 36606.
