James William Clyde, 75, a photographer, died in the Eunice [Louisiana] hospital Saturday at 12:30 during an operation. Funeral rites were scheduled for 2 o'clock this afternoon from the Miguez Funeral Home chapel with Rev. John Morgan, pastor of the EUB [Evangelical United Brethren] Church, officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. A native of Pennsylvania, Mr. Clyde was married to the former [Nannie] Marie Quigley of Jennings [Louisiana]. He was an Elk and a Mason. Surviving are his widow and a son [Robert Earnest Quigley] in Philadelphia of another marriage.
