Funeral services for A. L. Gouger, 77, who died at his home in Frankston last Thursday, were held at the Church of Christ in Frankston last Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock. The services were conducted by the Rev. Wade O. Skinner, Baptist pastor. Burial was in the City Cemetery there.

Mr. Gouger was born in Saulsbury, North Carolina, February 10, 1867. He has lived in Frankston for the last 31 years.

Surviving are four sons, W. S. and Jack Gouger, Frankston, Frank Gouger of Beaumont and Tom Gouger of Calvert; one daughter, Mrs. A. P. Irby of Texas City; one brother, Will Gouger of Rockwall; three sisters, Mrs. J. C. Beard and Mrs. Betty Martin of Neches and Mrs. Laura Eagle of Denton, and fifteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
