Sarah Snider, widow of the late Peter Snider, of Brandywine township, died at eight o'clock Thursday evening, March 8th, aged sixty-three years. Funeral at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, at Fairland Cemetery. Services by Rev. B. F. Morgan.

Sarah was the daughter of James Rush and Barbara Barngrover. She married 1st: James Ricketts on Jan. 12, 1842. He died in 1852. Sarah then married Peter Snider on Nov. 20, 1853.
