Mrs. Etnire was born July 12, 1938, in San Diego, Calif., to Harold and Clarketta Brown. She was married to Edwin Etnire, and was the mother of four, grandmother of six and great-grandmother of two.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Edwin.
