1830 Census, listed as “Adam Giger.” He lived next door to his daughter, Elizabeth. They lived in Walnut Township, Fairfield, OH. People listed as living in this house are as follows:
1 male (unknown name) age 10-15, 1 male age 80-90 (this would be John) 1 female (unknown name) age 20-30, and 1 female age 70-80 (this would be Mary Ann). This is the last census record he would have taken before his death.

Note: He is the grandson of Christian Geiger (Memorial #35312126)

Born in Virginia, he settled in Walnut Twp. in 1806 and patented 640 acres there in 1809, which includes the present land area of Pleasantville.
