MORTON -- Lois F. Poplett, 88, of Morton died at 11:47 a.m. Sunday, June 9, 2002, at Morton Terrace.
Born July 16, 1913, in Dunlap to William H. and Lillian Turner Pullen, she married Cecil A. Poplett on Sept. 21, 1935, in Dunlap. He died April 24, 1978, in Peoria.
She also was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
Surviving are one son, Roger (and Bonnie) of Morton; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Robert (and Irma) Pullen of Princeville and Ben Pullen of Henry; and one sister, Grace (and Roland) Lemm of Peoria.
She was a member of Arcadia Avenue Presbyterian Church in Peoria.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Wilton Mortuary in Peoria. The Rev. Dr. Kenn Shedenhelm will officiate. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery in Dunlap.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Morton Terrace.
