HARRY S. BENNER Of 624 Second avenue, Juniata, died unexpectedly at 1:40 o'clock yesterday afternoon in Mercy hospital.
He was a former Middle division engineer, retiring in January, 1956, after 48 years of service. He was born Dec. 8, 1885, at Spruce Creek, the son of Thomas and Catherine (Fiester) Benner, and was twice married.
Surviving are his second wife,these children, two step-children, one foster daughter; 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, one brother, and one sister.
He was a member of the B. of L. F. & E. and the lutheran church.
