Survivors include 3 daughters, Catherine Sturgell, Maxine Cochran and Joan Mattingly of Paris, 3 sons, Forrest E Brown of Vermilion, Warren H Brown of Bloomington, IN and William J. Brown of Paris; one brother, Vernon Howald of Brazil, 2 sisters, Olive Howald of Brazil and Cecilia Miller of Cary, IL: 15 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and Elbridge Home Extension. Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Fri. [3/11/1988] in Stewart & Carroll Funeral Home with the Rev Larry Mason officiating. Burial is in Vermillion Cemetery. Visitation is 4 to 9 p.m. today.
