Peter & Andrew Sherbonda, who are still living in the twp on Section 6, settled there in 1872.
BF Curtis, who settled on Section 34 in 1872, now resides in SiouxCity. Charles Bangert, living on Section 19, is at present one of the County Board of Supervisors. WR Foster lives, we think, on Section 20 & Lent on Section 21. In referring to these present residents, there will no doubt be some omissions, as the writer has gathered several townships from inquiry.
