Mr. Guillot, age 78, of Hessmer, died Wednesday, August 30, 2006 in the Veteran's Hospital, Pineville.
He was a veteran of the Korean War having attained the rank of Tech Sergeant and served two years in Korea and Japan. He was owner and operator of Guillot Mechanic for 30 years in Belledeau.
Survivors include his sister, Annie Dubroc of Hessmer; nephew, Michael J. Dauzat of Hessmer; sisters-in-law and husbands, Mary and Jimmy Roy of Evergreen and Lou and Michael Dauzat of Hessmer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Gremillion Guillot; father, Anderson B. Guillot; and mother, Eunice Guillot.
Friends may call at Escude Funeral Home, Mansura on Thursday, August 31, 2006 from 4:30 p.m. until 10 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will resume at 8 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
