Ware retired from the Texas Company in May of this year after 15 years service.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. May Ware; sons, Winfrey, Elton, Donald and James Ware, all of Port Arthur; daughters, Mrs. Raymond Mayer of Port Arthur and Mrs. J. R Bentley of Nacogdoches; sisters, Mrs. Fannie Roberson of Nederland, Mrs. Mattie Rucker of Fort Worth, Mrs. Jack Shires of Baytown, Mrs. Lula Parrack of Canada and Mrs. Sarah Graham of Llano; brother, George Ware of Nederland and four grandchildren.
Services will be in the Clayton and Thompson parlors at 2 p. m. today with the Rev. Oscar Perkins, pastor of Memorial Baptist church, officiating. Burial will be In Greenlawn cemetery.
Pallbearers will be J. H. White, Love Trim, E. E. Schroeter, Martin Dodd, E. Roes and George Richmond. All friends of the family have been designated honorary pallbearers.
