Info from Terry Rasberry:

I really feel you need to add a note that there seems to be birth year discrepancy. It is most likely he was born in 1858. The 1860 Jones County, MS census shows him as the youngest child at age 2.

If he was born in 1869, he would have only been age 14 when he married Celia Ann White on September 20, 1883. Which was his first marriage, He later married Bertha Smith, daughter of Oscar and Florence Smith. Bertha was born in 1909.

The children of Henry and Martha Caroline Newsom Creel birth range was from 1837 to 1864. They had fourteen children. Henry Clay Creel was the 11th child. They did not have any more children after 1864.

In 1869 his father was age 56 and his mother was age 51. I some what doubt they had children at those ages.
