Simon Tillman, colored, died Wednesday Dec. 2d, of heart trouble, at his home in Perrin and was buried Friday. He had been a resident of Perrin for many years, and though his exact age was not known was at least 90 years old, and thought by some to have passed the century mark. He retained his activity to the day preceding his death which he passed in hauling hay.
