Herman Saenger Sr., Dies Very Suddenly
The news of the death of H. Saenger, Sr., came as a surprise on Tuesday morning. Mr. Saenger while not feeling very well, was up and around as usual and had gone down to the post office for the mail the evening before, as was his usual daily custom. He seemed to be al right when he retired for the night.
Mr. Saenger lived alone and in the night he suffered a stroke and realized that he needed help so he called through the window to his neighbor, Mrs. Pankau, who called the doctor and then summoned his relatives. In spite of all that could be done he passed away shortly after midnight.
