O'NEILL'S FATHER DIES IN MARIETTA
Marietta, O. (UP)---Charles Thompson O'NEILL, 86, father of Ohio Atty. Gen. C. William O'NEILL died today in Marietta Memorial Hospital.
O'NEILL was Washington County's oldest attorney before retiring from practice in 1950 after 57 years. He had performed at Marietta Township justice of the peace after his retirement.
He had been librarian of the Washington County Law Library
for 30 years and swore his son into state office in 1951. He leaves another son, Daniel of Marietta, and three grandchildren.
