Mrs. Harden, who has lived near this place for many years, died at her home on last Thursday night and was buried on Saturday at the town cemetery.
Mrs. Permelia D. Harden was born in Jackson County, Georgia, on February 20th, 1819, and died January 25th, 1883, aged sixty-four years. She was a consistant member of the Baptist church for more than forty-five years. (more)
