A daughter of Charles and Louisa Kirk Charlton.
Survived: Mrs. Charles Wilson of Winchester; Mrs. Jacob Hubbard of Pittsfield; Miss Ednaerle, Miss Emra and Miss Maudine of Wood River; three sons, Mervin of Greenfield, Floyd of Palmyra, Harold of Wood River; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Pearl Huff and Mrs. Gertrued Briney both of Buchanan, Mich.; a half-brother, Raymond Charlton; and a half sister, Lillian Elhot of Lousiana, Mo.
She was born Feb. 27, 1877 in Pike county, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Charlton. July 27, 1898, she was married to Spencer Killebrew at Pittsfield.
The family resided in Pike county for several years, later moving to Greene County, where they lived for 25 years. Two and one-half years ago Mrs. Killebrew came to Wood River to make her home with her son.
